You may easily design an I-Joist as a beam. By default only rectangular material is shown for a beam design. This simplifies the consider list to products most often used. To enable I-Joist members, just check the box labeled "Include I-Joist Products" on the Products tab.
Note: Other considerations may make using an I-Joist impractical. Please consult a design professional.
