Duplicate Pattern on Edit Screen
New "Duplicate Pattern" right-click option on the edit cut screen. When clicked, it will create a duplicate pattern from cuts in the workspace and add them to the group.
Default Kerf Size in Saw Settings
When creating a new saw the kerf will default to ¼”.
Sort the Material List Selection by Length Descending
The material list selection screen will now show product lines sorted by length in descending order.
Always Use Low Ink Cut List PDF
All print buttons will now generate the low ink version of the cut list pdf.
Issues Resolved
Can't Manually Create a Pattern to Match the System Solution
- The system will no longer produce a pattern where the kerf does not fit.
- On the Edit Screen, added tooltips that will describe why a cut cannot fit when dragging.
Apply Units to Entry When User Clicks Out of a Length Field
- Fixed issue that prevented values from formatting on Organization Settings, Saw Settings, and Batch (overages).
- Applied formatting when Convert to Block length is changed.
Make Edit Cut Screen Hover Over Info Consistent
- The hover over information for the Convert Block and Split Offcut commands will now have a similar appearance as those on the batch details and other screens.
- Fixed Prioritize Pull and Ship help text to no longer reference old organization settings tolerance.
Estimate Time Post Optimization Updates
When sending data to estimate time service, inventory blocks will now be included and pull and ship patterns will not be.
Product Processing Order
- Fixed sequence value calculation when dragging and dropping.
- Pull list section, distribution section, documentation and export should now respect the sequence.
- Fixed drag visual is offset when scrollbars are present.
- Updated Jquery UI to 1.14.2.
Improve Performance When Saving Optimization Outputs
Various improvements when processing and saving optimization outputs from the optimizer library and the edit cut screen.
Enable Gzip Compression on Lambda Responses to Support Larger Batches
Most Lambda outputs will now be compressed so that larger batches can be supported.
Set to Processed Errors Are Getting Saved as Accept Errors
- Set to processed errors will now get saved as the correct type.
- Fixed an issue where clicking set to processed on a process failed batch didn’t attempt to process it again.
Fix Issue with Pattern Length Overage Calculation When the Pattern is at the Boundary of the Range
Fixed an issue with calculating the inventory length for a pattern whose length is at the boundary of the overage settings (e.g. a 29’ Joist).
After Using Convert to Block, It Can't Be Dragged into the Pull and Ship Area
Updated logic to fully support moving a converted block to pull and ship.
Restored Visual Appearance of the Unaccept Icon
- For batch async the "x with a circle" is now also displayed.
- For both async and legacy, the alignment of the icons now more closely resembles images form older documents.
Batch Overage Setting Updates Not Saving
Fixed an issue with batch overage setting changes not updating.
