Where two different depth beams meet there will be a support condition that can be difficult to address in software. Using a post can cause one of two undesirable outcomes:
1. Only one beam will be supported
2. One beam will interfere with the column
Solution:
Use a solid wall instead of a post as your support. A solid wall will support both beams and instead of interfering, a beam pocket will be created automatically.
