BCML: Line-by-Line Send - July 2026

New Features/Enhancements

Row Specific send to operations

  • BC Connect now supports the ability for a user to send just a specific set of product rows to operations.
  • The default view is that all rows are selected. (Note that starting text is "Include in Send".)

  • Deselected materials change to "Will Not Send" and can be saved for later sends if needed.

  • Inline messaging to show that the row has successfully sent.

Material Recall

  • BC Connect now allows the ability to recall material that has been sent to operations.
  • Only material that has not been added to a batch may be recalled.
  • The inline messaging now indicates when a row is added to a batch and displays the current status of that batch.

  • Clicking the "Recall Materials" button will recall all unbatched materials.

  • Clicking the button inline will only recall that specific row.
  • Recalled rows will support full editing of the row information.

Lock/Unlock Integrated Material lists

  • BC Connect now allows you to manage the editability of integrated material lists directly within the platform.

  • When an integrated list is In Progress, the toggle shows "Unlocked" with the following information in the tool tip.

  • When the material list is locked, the line-by-line controls appear, so that the material list can be sent over to operations.

  • When locked, the tool tip shows the following information.

  • This ability is an extension of the existing process where an integrated material list is locked when a status of "Ready for Optimization" is selected. This is done from inside the design application.
  • Users are now able to unlock a material list, should the location desire to make edits to the file from the design app.

Yard Fulfillment

  • Locations can now send and recall materials between connected orgs.
  • Once the relationship has been established, by the EWP Support Admin, the Yard Fulfillment dropdown menu will list the available locations.
  • Once a yard is selected, users send material to operations using the new line-by-line tools.
    • By default, the selected yard is the users' current yard.
  • Any material not sent to the selected yard, will show inline text to describe which yard it was sent to.
