Tract Projects - Overview 📺

The Tract Projects feature helps to improve the overall project process when the plan in question has minimal design needs. This process usually involves a series of pre-approved house plan designs in differing room configurations, where the request to the dealer is to prepare the package for delivery as quickly as possible.

0:03: The Track Projects feature helps to improve the overall project process within BC Connect when the plan in question has minimal design needs.
0:11: This process usually involves a series of pre-approved house plan designs and differing room configurations, at the request of the dealer to prep the material package for delivery as quickly as possible.
0:21: This session will give a brief overview of this new feature and the process that it supports, so that you can evaluate if this would be a good match for your location.
0:28: These improvements involve new builder tools and a streamlining of the process to create a project and upload a materialist.
0:35: Starting with changes to builders, users will now be able to add a plan repository, to selected builders to hold these plans that will be reused with minimal design changes.
0:47: Similar to how the project attachment tab works, users have folder and subfolder abilities to organize the design plans, however the location sees fit.
0:55: As plans are added, information about the plan name and building options can be noted, so that it will be easy to select the correct plan to move forward when needed.
1:03: After a new project request is received, the enhancements to streamline this process kick in.
1:08: A user would only need to select the desired plan, click to create the project, and the materialist would be added and its status would be set, such that it would be ready to move into optimization.
