0:02: A quick sizer new feature.
0:05: Users can now send the member to a new analysis in BC Calc from the Quicksizer tool.
0:11: We can start with a simple floor beam.
0:14: You can choose a beam type.
0:17: Verify the load inputs.
0:19: Choose or type in a span and then a house width.
0:25: Next, choose a couple of products to narrow down the design results.
0:32: Finally push run.
0:38: You can now select a product from the list.
0:42: This will enable the new analysis button above the product grid.
0:47: This option allows users to send this member to NBC calc analysis.
0:52: Here, users can save and add any other options available to that member type.
0:57: You will have the option to add to the existing file or create a new analysis.
1:02: If you have another file open, you will be prompted to add to an existing analysis or add a new analysis.
1:09: If you do not have another file open, it will automatically take you to a new analysis.
1:15: The design name will have quick sizer in front of the member type to help user differentiate the member type in case users decide to add to an existing analysis.
1:25: Once you are NBC Calc, you have the option to edit the member just like you always could.
