We are excited to announce the latest updates and enhancements to our system, designed to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and provide greater flexibility to users. Below are the key features included in this release:
New Features & Enhancements
Updated Material List Selection Tree
- Optimizer-driven selection tree view.
- Users can specify the visibility of projects for 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year.
Multi Optimization – User-Added Optimization
- Enables users to select specific lengths and display a new user added optimization to the results grid.
- While only one additional optimization can be added at a time, it can be deleted to make room for an additional comparison.
Batch Quality Metric
- Displays batch statistics directly on the Batch List screen and Sawyer Dashboard, offering enhanced visibility into batch performance.
Distribution Group Focus
- A dropdown feature added to the optimizer results and edit cut list screen allows users to highlight items for distribution groups with color coding.
Edit Cut Screen Enhancements
- Workspace Sort and Screen Adjustments:
- Default Shortest-to-Longest sort added to the Workspace area along with the ability to invert the sort order.
- Pull and ship section moved to below the edit area for increased visibility.
- Cuts with holes can now be moved to the workspace.
- Buttons added for grouping and ungrouping workspace pieces.
- Pull and Ship Blocking:
- Blocking that was designated as Pull and Ship can now be integrated into the cut solution through the edit process.
