Exporting and Importing a Full DataMover Backup of a User's Settings

Please note that steps discussed in this article are only the most basic operation of the DataMover application in BC Framer®. In the exercises below the backups are to include *all* user settings and would overwrite the settings of the destination database when imported using the method described.

DataMover can also be used to take partial backups of very specific settings and can also migrate user pricing information. The methods described here will not include pricing.
