This issue installing BC Framer® software is likely related to:
- Your Anti-Virus software
- Other installs in progress
- Windows updates or
- Firewall.
To resolve the error, try each of these items and try the install again:
- Locate your antivirus and turn if off for an hour.
- Shut down your computer completely and restart it.
- Check for Windows updates, including both "Important" and "Optional". (Windows 8.1, 10)
- Apply all updates and repeat the shut-down and restart cycle.
- Check for updates until there aren't any more available.
