If your BC Framer® software user interface is missing tools or Ribbon tabs, the steps below should correct the problem.

Click File > Setup > Customize Ribbons,

At the bottom center, click the Restore to Defaults button.

Click Yes on the Restore to Defaults Settings dialog.
Standard ribbons may be reset without modifying any other ribbon. For example, if you need to reset the Walls ribbon, but don't want to change any other ribbon. Expand out the Standard folder, select Walls and then right-click. Choose Restore to Defaults. This will reset the Walls ribbon only.
