Apparently completely removing the printer and reinstalling is the fix for this:
Remove the printer and the associated driver using printmanagement.msc. Then reinstalled the printer.
Make sure BC Framer® software is not running.
At the Windows search box, type in "printmanagement.msc" and press Enter. It will open the Print Management console where you can remove the printer and drivers. Then reinstall the printer. If this doesn't work, you may need to contact your IT department.
