BC Framer® software not staying logged into BC Connect® software can be caused by clearing your browser cache.
Check your Internet Options. Click the Windows Start button and type "Internet Options". Click to start the Control panel application.
Look at the Browsing history section and uncheck the box next to "Delete browsing history on exit." Click OK to save the settings. BC Framer® should remember the user name and password the next time you log in if you check the option to do so.
